This book started as a simple bedtime story for our children. It has been evolving into a dream come true with the help of my wife, Amita Kumar, and of course, inspired by our little dreamers - Arya and Krishna.

"In this second book, circumstances leave them stranded in the Mojave desert, with seemingly no help in sight. Meanwhile, Arya and Krishna come across two fun-loving armadillos, Ralph and Daniel, who help them fend off the attention of a rattlesnake named Sam.
This is the perfect chapter book for youngsters who have grown up with pets. Author Gabriel Bietz has delivered a treat for readers with a penchant for adventure and who love stories featuring animals as main characters. The characters in this tale are full of life, and Bietz provides them with colorful personalities. Arya and Krishna are, of course, entertaining, but I also enjoyed Shivam's, Ralph's, and Daniel's antics. The artwork enhances the story and makes it so much more enjoyable to read. All in all, this is a book that will be loved by kids and young adults alike. I thoroughly enjoyed it and will heartily recommend it."
